travel russia st petersburg hydrofoil peterhof to st petersburg
One of the ways to get back and forth from the city center to Peterhof is by hydrofoil.
We took the hydrofoil from Peterhof, across some of the gulf of finland, up the Malaya Neva, a tributary of the Neva, to the Hermitage.
Even on a blustery day, seeing St. Petersburg from the water gives you a new perspective of this city built on reclaimed swampland.
